PM vs. PM Plus.

Two tiers of preventative maintenance. The base PM plan keeps your system inspected and on a regular service schedule. PM Plus is our bundled-coverage tier and is offered by qualification — system condition, equipment age, and installed components must meet program requirements.

Most gate calls fail twice: once when the gate breaks, and again when the technician drives back to the shop for parts. We stock the failure points on every vehicle.

Our fleet is built around hybrid Toyota RAV4s. They’re reliable, they hold up to the desert, and they keep our fuel costs low — which keeps our service rates competitive for our customers. It’s a small operating-cost decision that shows up in every invoice.
